Donations should be transferred directly to the official bank account of Narayan Seva Sansthan, Udaipur. As per our donation policy, donation receipts and other relevant documents are sent to donors at the address provided by them.
Case 1: Duplicate Transactions or Incorrect Donation Amounts
In the event of a duplicate transaction or an incorrectly entered donation amount, donors are requested to send an email to info@narayanseva.org, explaining the reason for the refund request.
After verifying the transaction details and reviewing the request in accordance with the Sansthan’s donation acceptance policy, the refund will be processed, wherever applicable. Any applicable transaction charges will be borne by the donor.
The refund process is completed within 30 days of receiving the refund request email, subject to verification and approval.
Case 2: Transactions Cancelled During Processing
If a donor cancels a transaction while it is being processed, and the amount is debited from their bank account but is not credited to the Sansthan’s account, the donor is requested to contact their bank or payment service provider to resolve the issue.
Narayan Seva Sansthan is not responsible for processing refunds for amounts that have not been credited to its account. However, the organisation will provide reasonable assistance in resolving the matter wherever possible.
