Enhancement of Spiritual Practices: The energy prevailing during Navratri is believed to be conducive to spiritual growth. By fasting, individuals channel this energy towards their inner transformation and spiritual practices. It provides an opportunity for devotees to deepen their connection with the divine and elevate their consciousness.
