Mr. Kailash Agarwal ‘Manav’ Founder-Chairman of Narayan Seva Sansthan was honored with the prestigious ‘Padma Shree’ Award by the former Honorable President of India, ‘Her Excellency’ Mrs. Pratibha Patil, on 5th May 2008 at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Delhi for his devotion and contribution in the field of philanthropic services. He was awarded for signifying his reflective dedication to improve life at a grass root level and for standing up and offering support to the needy by executing numerous pioneering activities for the upliftment of the mankind.
