Narayan Seva Sansthan celebrated the Chaitra Navratri festival with exemplary devotion by conducting free corrective surgeries and organizing a Kanya Pujan ceremony. Over the course of nine holy days, from March 22nd to March 30th, 2023, the Sansthan performed corrective surgeries on 501 differently-abled girls from underprivileged backgrounds. On the auspicious day of Durgashtami, the 8th day of Navratri, a grand Kanya Pujan ceremony was arranged by the Sansthan to honor Devi Durga. As part of this ceremony, young girls with disabilities were fed and worshipped as manifestations of the goddess, symbolizing their pure and divine nature. The celebration also featured numerous captivating performances that showcased the might of Devi Durga and her victory over the evil demon Mahishasura, underscoring the significance of Navratri.
