Ishwar is the first child of his family, but that glory and happiness was turned into pain when his peers found out that he was suffering from Polio. His family traveled across the country for his treatment, but cure remained far fetched. As destiny had it, his uncle advised his family about Narayan Seva Sansthan and brought him to Udaipur. The organization took up the responsibility of his treatment, with the first corrective surgery taking place in October 1997. Ishwar is all about happiness now, saying, “The organization made me financially and socially self-dependent by recruiting me as a receptionist at the Organization itself.”
