It is worth while to mention of the mile- stones in the journey of the Sansthan in its present status of international standing in the field of Free- service to suffering humanity. |

23 oct. 1985, founding of the Sansthan: |

Narayan Seva Sansthan was founded by Shri Kailash Manav in association of a few like minded person with a firm resolve of selfless service the poor, helpless and the disabled on 23 October 1985 at Udaipur. |

| An Orphanage in 1991 |
| |
Within 6 years of its founding the Sansthan acquired enough support and co-operation to start an orphanage to house about 100 orphans with free facilities of shelter and schooling. The rcsult was starting of Bhagawan Mahveer Nirashrit Balagriha in 1991. |

Feb. 1997 a Golden day in the History of the Sansthan – Lodha Polio Hospital |

February 1997 was a land-mark time for the Sansthan, it was at this time that the (Chain Raj, Sawant Lodha Polio Hospital unique and only one of its kind in India Started functioning. It is because: of the facilities made available here that over 57000 free and successful polio operations have, so for been performed enabling polio victims to stand on their own feet. |

15-11-2000 an exceptional Venture, DDRC |

The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment Govt. of India is making every effort to help rehabilitate the disabled people. For this purpose District Disabled Rehabilitation Centers have been established by the Govt. functioning under The Chairmanship of the District collector in more then180 Districts of the country, the distinct exception goes to the credit o this Sansthan as being one of the only two NGO's in country which have been authorized by the Government to run a DDRC out side the district administration. The DDRC’s main job is to rehabilitate the disabled. |
