In above deep sence on 23rd October 1985 with the inspiration of Kailash 'Manav' the organisation came into existance with "Gyatri Mantra Yagya'

"Seva Shok Ki Dhun" found near Pindwada of Sirohi District in May' 1976 when a bus & truck collide together. The dark day of 1976, brought the heart changed he grieved and heart felt sensation wakeup. Immediately he went to the site of accident which he saw practically with his own eyes about fourty persons were injured, blood shed seen, crying voice of injured persons and five breathed last injured were shifted to Hospital.

This seen has given a great inspiration to Kailash 'Manav' to devote his life in the service of grieved persons, While rendering his services for grieved poor and helpless persons, he came across a hunger Krishna Bhill in Hospital. Kailash 'Manav' served him a plate of food (Chapaties & Vegetables) but he did not ate complete food .......... left  few chapaties, because of his poor condition of family he left there chapaties for his relatives who were hungry when this was happening a thought came to the mind of Kailash 'Manav' his eyes began to tear and took an oath, (swear) to provide food in Hospital to sufferers, poor and helpless patients everyday. His generous heart and helping behaviour changed his mind and began to collect wheat flour from door to door for collecting wheat flour he left containers in every house and collected flour.

From this collected wheat flour, his wife Kamla Devi, Daughter Kalpna, cooked chapaties. Waking up early in the morning at 4 o'clock he use to serve food in hospital to grieved and poor patients, while in service. This "holy work" was performed on cycle, such a sacrifice of Kailash 'Manav' has brought his services in lime light. He got support in this work from every and each person. Support of Chain RajJi Lodha, P. G. Jain, Rajmal S. Jain and Dr. R. K. Agarwal was highly creditable. Shri Chain Raj Ji Lodha's contribution for polio Hospital brought the dreams of Shri Kailash 'Manav' live. In 1995 Polio Hospital was founded and since the day, it is rendering services in various activities besides other than polio. To bring in present shape of Polio Hospital numbers of service persons have contributed. This resulted to unite various states of the country and broad. At present there are 400 branches in India and 89 in abroad thus total branches are 489 with thousands of Sadhak working with might & man for the organisation.

This institution (Organisation) has changed the fate of 55,500 polio affected people who came to this organisation in crawling position, physically handicapped and with other disabilities.

In the year 2000 for hercules work of the organisation it honoured for National Award. The Hon'ble president Shri A.P.J. Abdul Kalam awarded this honour. In the year 2003 by the Hon'ble Vice President Bheron Singh ji Shekhawat when he came to this organisation and seen the works being done by the organisation, he praised the works done for polio affected people and awarded Red & White Bravery National award to Kailash 'Manav' for his excellent service for for the human welfare and the society.

There are four buildings for rendering services to polio people 01 Manav Mandir, 02 Jayaswal Seva Hospital, 03 Deedwania Seva Sadan, 04 International Hospital for disabled and polio patient Research Center. The Main aim of the organisation is to serve and provide excellent services to polio affected people through operation and medication. There are 80 lakhs physically handicapped and crawling affected patients in India out of this 50 lakhs are polio and mentally retarded patients (C.P.) who can be brought back to their normal life of the society through operations and be set free from living animal life such a pious work of the institution is like a service of 'Narayan'.

The institution has successfully done 55,500 polio operations of the patients and brought back to their normal life, not only operations, but we provide callipers, physiotherapy, even after operation for their support to move on ......... and enter in global world for their existence. ''The noble award of the organisation in real sense is the smiling faces of the sufferers after their treatment" various types of trainings such as professionals & vocationals are also imparted by the institution viz. T.V. & Radio repair, Electronics, Carpentry, Black Smith, Leather work etc. not only this marriages of handicapped people is also arranged free of cost about 112 handicappes have so far been married and living happy married life.

"Life moves on two legs" while crawling on fours. Same of the cured patients and serving in this organisation are like Ishwar Singh belongs to village Katisaur, Distt. Dungarpur who came to organisation in crawling position. His father left the home after getting mental retardation, this was because he could not see his son's sorrow, hence full burdon of home was on his shoulder after operation Ishwar Singh was cured and stand on his feet through Baisakhi, got appointment in Narayan Seva Sansthan and earning his livelihood and also supporting his family members.
